About me

Hi, I’m Megan, a therapist at Nashville Therapy Group. I believe that getting better begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. It is not about a quick fix. It is about trust, connection, and feeling truly seen and heard. My goal is to create a space where clients are free to explore their experiences, challenges, relationships, and hopes without judgment. I specialize in working with adults who have a loud, active inner monologue. I have special clinical interest in attachment & relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem, and trauma. If you are wanting to break negative patterns, feel more self-assured, or navigate relationships with ease, I may be a good fit for you.

In session, I utilize modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment theory, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Authenticity and humor are also essential pieces of my practice. I do not believe therapy is “one size fits all,” and I aim to tailor the experience to meet my clients’ needs.
